Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Rep for our fleet service division. In this role, you will identify and onboard businesses that operate fleets—contractors, delivery services, construction companies, rental operators, trades, and more. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who wants unlimited earning potential and thrives on autonomy and closing deals.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new fleet accounts across industries such as construction, delivery, contracting, and small business vehicle fleets.
• Conduct outbound outreach (phone, email, field visits) to decision‑makers like fleet managers, operations leaders, owners, and admins.
• Present the advantages of mobile on‑site oil changes—reduced downtime, increased productivity, compliance support, and volume‑plan options.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline; track leads and conversions.
• Customize service plans to meet each fleet’s schedule, size, and maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new fleet clients.
• Represent Oil Change Express in a professional, dependable, and trustworthy manner.
Compensation
- Base pay plus commission – unlimited earning potential

Ideal Candidate
- Driven, self‑motivated, and excited by uncapped commissions
• Experience in B2B sales, fleet services, logistics, or service‑based sales is a plus (not required)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable generating leads and closing deals independently
• Ability to build trust and long‑term relationships with business owners
• Reliable transportation for in‑person prospecting
• Organized and able to manage multiple accounts and follow‑ups
